Divinity 648 provides content, products, and services for persons ages 18+ for entertainment. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate content believed to be reliable, it is the client and or consumer's responsibility to use appropriate discernment and research.
All communication, content, products, services, and social media platforms under Divinity 648, its owner, affiliated businesses, and or representatives, are subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please check back for updates.
Divinity 648, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Your continued access to and use of all services, eCommerce, websites, and physical location will be deemed your continued acceptance of and agreement to any changed Terms and Conditions.
All services are by prepaid appointments only. Appointment requests are made online on the services page of divinity648.com. Appointment pricing cover one person per session. Group rates and pricing are available.
Upon arrival, you and all guest accompanying you, acknowledge that you have read all Terms and Conditions and agree to these terms hereof and release from harm and liability and waive your right to sue or pursue any claims against Divinity 648, C&L Properties Fall River, LLC, 345 Union Street, New Bedford, MA. 02740.
Clients are permitted to audio record. Guests are welcomed to the waiting room during the session.
Divinity 648 reserves the right to record and retain records for liability purposes. Clips may be used for testimonial evidence. Clients who do not wish to have any portion of their session utilized for testimonial evidence may state so at start of the recorded session or by submitting a written request within 24 hours of the session to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All products and services are prepaid in full.
Payments on third party platforms are limited to Cashapp, PayPal, and Venmo. It is the consumer's responsibility to confirm that the payment account belongs to Divinity 648 prior to processing payment. Invoice and or order numbers must be included in the payment comment. Clients may email Payments@divinity648.com, with questions prior to and after processing payments.
Credit and debit cards are processed through PayPal, a third-party site, for payment processing. Consumers and clients who do not wish to log into a PayPal account, should scroll below the login button, for processing payment as a guest.
No In-office payments accepted.
No Refunds are issued on services rendered. No Exception.
Clients are expected to challenge and or terminate the session immediately upon feeling unsatisfied. Divinity 648 reserves the right to terminate any service or refuse any person service.
Exchanges are subject to an approved claim.
Please provide the order details and describe in detail if the item arrived damaged, not as described, or if it does not do what it's supposed to. Divinity 648 requests all consumers to reject damaged packages when possible. All claims must include photos of the damaged package prior to opening. Photos of the product(s) prior to removal from the packaging. Photos of the damaged products upon removal of the packaging. Video is preferred and accepted when possible.
Consumers may be required to ship the product to a designated location before a replacement is shipped or a refund is issued.
Email email@example.com for all product-related inquiries, shipping rates, and return policy per supplier. All approved returns are subject to return fees that may vary based on the product, its supplier, and nature of return.
SERVICES, GIFT CERTIFICATES & DIVINITY DOLLARS
Refunds are not available for any services provided by Divinity 648, gift cards, gift certificates, or Divinity Dollars. All gift cards, gift certificates, and Divinity Dollars expire after 90 days from the date of issuance.
Clients may reply to the appointment confirmation email, or text requests to reschedule appointments prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Approved refunds are subject to processing fees and may take around in 7-14 business days. Additional time may be required.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information, and purchase history.
We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods to browse away from the page.
We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, and communications). Payments processed by PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App are subject to the third-party site's policies.
In addition, the system may collect information, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. All sessions are recorded and are the property of Divinity 648. Session may be clipped and utilized.
Divinity 648 reserves the right to deny services and eCommerce products to any consumer without explanation or warning.
Divinity 648 does not offer "Work" or utilize the Arts to restrict, alter, or limit anyone's free will at any time. Sessions are focused on the client the session is with.
