Just as a plant cannot grow without sunlight, your spirit cannot thrive without clean energy. The "Energy Point System" is like a map that shows us where the sunlight is reaching you and where the "shadows" are blocking your growth. Maintenance simply removes the shadows so you can soak up the light again.
