These sessions are best with or after a Chakra Alignment. This session is offered by Zoom and requires earbuds, no distractions or interruptions.

Sessions are only as successful as the clients are willing to allow them to be. Clients are asked to be hydrated with water before, during, and after their sessions. Clients are asked to book these sessions remotely and low at least 30 minutes after the session before operating any heavy equipment such as operating a vehicle or anything similar in nature.
