Divinity 648, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Your continued access to and use of all services, eCommerce, websites, social media platforms, podcast and video recordings or physical location will be deemed your continued acceptance of and agreement to any changed Terms and Conditions.

Divinity 648 is currently providing complimentary consultations and services with a Seer. Appointment requests are not confirmed sessions. All requests are placed on a waiting list. No payments are accepted at this time, without exceptions. Appointments must be scheduled and are exclusively remote. Sessions take place via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Facetime. All consultations and services are recorded. All session recordings and content are the sole property of Divinity 648. Prior consent for the use, sharing, sale, or distribution must be obtained. Please email all requests to legal@divinity648.com. Divinity 648 reserves the right to refuse anyone any service at any time, without explanation or advance notice. Consultations and services for a fee, will resume without notice, at the discretion of Divinity 648. ​​

Divinity 648 reserves the right to record and retain records for liability purposes. Clips may be used for testimonial evidence. The identity of the client will be censored as much as possible.
​All products are prepaid in full; shipping fees are estimated only and may require additional payment if the handling fee does not cover the cost. All requests are issued an invoice by email with payment links. Credit and debit cards are processed through PayPal, a third-party site, for payment processing. Consumers and clients who do not wish to log into a PayPal account, should scroll below the login button, for processing payment as a guest. Payments on third party platforms are limited to Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. It is the consumer's responsibility to confirm that the payment account belongs to Divinity 648 prior to processing payment. Invoice numbers must be included in the payment comment.
Store products containing Clearance and Reduced Pricing is subject to the supplier's inventory, purchase limits, and pricing at the time of order processing.
Consumers will be contacted if an order minimum applies to their request. Orders will be revised to meet the suppliers minimum order requirement.

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS​
Exchanges, and refunds are subject to an approved claim. Claims must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Claims are filed by emailing the following to hiddengemz@divinity648.com:
Please provide the order or invoice number and describe in detail if the item arrived damaged, not as described, or if it does not do what it's supposed to. Divinity 648 requests all consumers to reject damaged packages when possible.

Damaged Product Claims:
All claims must include photos of the damaged package prior to opening. Photos of the product(s) prior to removal from the packaging. Photos of the damaged products upon removal of the packaging. Video is preferred and accepted when possible. ​

​Does Not Work As Intended Claims:
Please provide a detail description that explains how the product is not working as it was designed to. What does it do, if it is not doing what is expected. What isn't it doing that it should be doing. Submission of photos and or videos that clearly support how the product is defective is required.
Consumers may be required to ship the product to a designated location before a replacement is shipped or a refund is issued. ​Email hiddengemz@divinity648.com for all related inquiries.

All approved returns are subject to return fees that may vary based on the product, its supplier, and nature of return.
