You only receive the licence data (licence file and licence key). The software manual and system requirements are provided on the homepage under the software catalogue numbers.
Software and software extensions (SWX software extension) are generally sent by e-mail.
Since only one licence can be generated for one project, it must be ensured that all modules (SW and SWX) are included in one order when ordering for the first time.
Even with repeat orders, no new individual licence is generated, but an extended version of the (already existing) one.
Important: The completed Dialock project notification must be sent with the first order. For more information, please contact your responsible Dialock representative.

The licence is created after checking the information.
The licence file and the licence key are then sent by e-mail to the defined, authorised person in the project.
