Keep all licences and licence keys in a safe place. for your own security, these should only be made available to authorised persons. 
Copying of the software and licences is permitted for the ordered project.
Connection to a hotel administration programme may cause additional costs (interface programming). If interface programming is required, please coordinate directly with the respective manufacturer of the hotel management program. If required, this service must be ordered separately from the respective manufacturer.

You only receive the licence data (licence file and licence key). The software manual and system requirements are provided on the homepage under the software catalogue numbers.
Software and software extensions (SWX software extension) are generally sent by e-mail.
Since only one licence can be generated for one project, it must be ensured that all modules (SW and SWX) are included in one order when ordering for the first time.
Even with repeat orders, no new individual licence is generated, but an extended version of the (already existing) one.
Important: The completed Dialock project notification must be sent with the first order. For more information, please contact your responsible Dialock representative.
